Launched in 2021 for Travelmarvel, part of the Australian APT Travel Group, this modern river ship offers a refined and effortless way to explore Europe’s most iconic waterways.
Measuring 135 meters in length with a shallow draft of just 1.45 meters, the Vega is purpose-built for smooth navigation on the Rhine and Danube. Accommodating 178 guests across 89 cabins, she offers a spacious, peaceful atmosphere for travelers who appreciate detail and comfort.
Constructed in Romania at Severnav Shipyard and expertly finished by Den Breejen Shipyard in the Netherlands, the vessel reflects a blend of craftsmanship and international collaboration. Sailing under the Swiss flag and certified by Lloyd’s Register, the Travelmarvel Vega meets the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
On board, three distinct cabin categories provide a tailored experience. From the welcoming Window Staterooms to the sophisticated French-style Balcony Suites, and the generously appointed Owner’s Suites on the upper deck — each space features a private ensuite, queen-size bed, climate control, TV, mini-bar, and smart storage solutions. Large, electronically controlled windows invite in fresh air and panoramic river views.
Dining is part of the journey. Guests enjoy elegant cuisine in the Constellations Restaurant, unwind in the relaxed setting of the True North Lounge, or opt for a more casual experience at McGeary’s Bar — each venue offering its own charm and quality.
